A1. Front Squat @ 30X1- build slowly to heavy single, no failed reps. start w/ about 95lbs
A2. Mixed Grip Kipping Pull ups; 5 reps b/w sets of front squats
B1. Bar Dips @ 30X1- 4-5 reps x 4; rest 10 sec
B2. Snatch Dead Lift @ 52X1; 3-5 reps x 4; rest 3 min (focus on keep tall chest just like a snatch all the way up, don't let the hips rise first. Use straps if needed for grip)

(For some reason thought I was supposed to warm up with 95# and didn't start sets there) 130#,135#,140#,145#, Failed at what was supposed to be 150# but I think I had 155# on there because I miscounted when switching out little plates for bigger ones.

4 sets-felt okay but kip was not very controlled and swinging too much

5 each set, all a struggle. First set was the worst because my shoulders weren't warmed up enough but will remember to do that from now on.

135#, 145#, 150#, 150# again but knees out and more upright--that definitely made a difference and was burning my legs so bad I had to rest more than tempo.
