A. 3-position Squat Snatch- 5 x 3 reps @ 55# rest 60 sec

Felt okay but swinging bar out too far

B. Power Snatch Cluster- 1.1 x 5 sets; rest 2 min (10 sec rest b/w reps for 2 reps, heavy as possible)
First set at 65#, then stayed at 75#.  Was advised to bring feet in, stay more upright, practice high elbows to stop swinging bar out, remember to drop under bar.  As soon as I started dropping the random press out issues stopped.

C. Power Snatch- 3 reps @65# every minute for 7 minutes
A few of these felt pretty good but still swinging a lot of them out.

D. 1 ¼ Back Squat @ 30X1- 4 reps x 3; rest 3 min (start @ 65% of 1RM)(go to FULL depth, come up barely above parallel, then back down & up)
110#.  Depth for squat corrected and height corrected for 1/4 squat.  Pausing longer than prescribed tempo at top on most.
